After logging into your account, go to your dashboard, select the listing you want to edit or delete, and make the necessary changes.
Listings typically stay active as needed but it’s best to delete any rented or sold property to avoid fresh new contacts. This ensures that all listings remain current and relevant.
Yes, we encourage you to upload high-quality photos and optional videos to make your listing more appealing and informative.
No, Sakandar provides the platform for listing purposes however if you want your property to be featured(always at top or first seen by users), you will have to purchase the featured plan which is extremely cheap.
To feature a property, go to the feature a property page, submit your listing and also include a screenshot of your payment and submit. We will confirm and publish your listing as soon as possible. Note that, if no payment is made, we will have to delete the listing and continuous act will lead to account deletion.
